Bryce’s 750-acre bull unit, which provides service bulls for the Bull Man is just 15 minutes from the BYL Livestock and Bull Man office in Cambridge. He lives there with his wife Lyn and two sons.
From his early 20s Bryce has gained expansive industry experience through working in the agriculture and livestock sector both in New Zealand and overseas.
Bryce began his career as an agent in 1992 before stepping out on his own in 1995 with the ambition to form his own company; Bryce Young Livestock. Bryce’s business grew from 1999 when the Bull Man was developed leasing 50 bulls and now leasing over 1800 bulls. Both businesses continue to progress with The Bull Man acquiring a further 540 hectare block in Tokoroa in order to keep up with the growth of the service bulls.
Bryce is proud to say The Bull Man has a strong team working to strong values both in the office and on the farms.
Tracy Sinton
Administration Support and Logistics Coordinator
Tracy and her husband run 100 breeding cows on their farm in the Arohena district, Waikato, where they've farmed for over 35 years. She grew up on sheep and beef farms in the King Country and South Waikato, and brings 20 years' experience as a veterinary nurse.
She joined the Bull Man team in 2026 as Administration Support and Logistics Coordinator, handling the calls, bull requirements and the health, testing and leasing logistics that keep the operation running.
Tracy is only a phone call away and brings the same organisation and reliability to the job that she's built over decades in the industry; streamlined, loyal and flexible when things change.
She takes pride in already knowing what farmers need on the health, testing and mating side, having done it herself on-farm for years, which means clients can be confident she understands their requirements from experience, not just training. This makes her well-placed to handle bull requirements, leasing logistics, and farmer enquiries as they come in.
Tracy enjoys still being part of the farming industry and working with animals day to day, and takes satisfaction in keeping things organised and running smoothly for the team and their clients.
